Terms & Conditions
- 1. The Racquet should not be damaged.
- 2. Play & Return is applicable for 5 days from delivery date. To return the racquet, pack it in the same box that you received and raise a return request over an email to support@tennisoutlet.in
- 3. Only the Racquet value is refunded. Any additional stringing cost will not be refunded.
- 4. We charge Rs.1000 towards shipping & handling fee. The balance amount is refunded back to your account.
- 5. Only Performance Racquets of MRP over Rs 15,000 are covered under Play & Return policy.
